Requesting the service member to disobey any laws for any reason. Such a request by the consumer may be declined by the Serviceman. Additionally, the Serviceman is free to decline the job or depart the customer's home.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that using the services provided by the company is done so at their own risk and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

TERMINATION

In case of any unfortunate event or damage during the trip/journey; entire responsibilities will be governed by the insurance company and car owner . Driverbyhour or driver will not be liable for any damage occurred due to accident or natural calamities.

If the driver does not reach the pick-up point on time for any reason, then 2 hours' time will have to be given to arrange another driver.

If the customer do not inform to company regarding driver denial of trip within 30 min of the pickup time by his registered number, it will consider as no show case from customer end and no refund is applicable.

Membership fee for any kind of driver service is non refundable in any case.

Driver Assignment by the company is solely on the discretion of the company.
 

After taking or availing service, No refund is considerable and applicable in any case.
